We specialize in treating binocular vision, developmental vision and rehabilitative visual deficiencies, through doctor supervised, office-based vision therapy. These are individualized, one-to-one (therapist to patient), in-office vision therapy programs. Wow Vision Therapy was founded by Dr. Dan L. Fortenbacher, O.D., FCOVD, whose passion for rehabilitative and developmental vision began early in his education while in graduate school, working with children and adults in an inner city clinic in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from The Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in 1979 and continued in post-graduate studies. Inspired by pioneers in developmental vision and mentored by many other leaders in the specialty, Dr. Fortenbacher has developed a model of care that now serves as proven method for treatment of binocular, developmental and rehabilitative vision problems.
